Method of Recitation: Close your eyes, calm down, and sit upright. Place your tongue against the roof of your mouth; while reciting ROO-DO-DO, let the tip of your tongue lightly touch the palate three times with each syllable. Recite the mantra 2 times to complete 1 breathing cycle.
